We knew from reverse IP lookups that she lived in Vancouver, or rather a suburb.

As I told you yesterday Ridder, there have been about 5-7 different IP addresses that your school has had. It's possible that different areas in your school have different IP's, or they cycle around. Don't rule out that she doesn't go to your school yet, there is still hope!

Why not check the IPs of the computers manually, from the TCP/IP connections? I don't think any school would have it rigged up to be automatic. As LD can clearly see, when I post from school, the IP is almost always the same; except if I switch to a different unit, the last one or two digits will change because all the IPs correspond to an assigned unit number.

I think the staff should just ban all IPs Boogie has ever posted from. Banning a few public computers and proxies is no big deal, really. Also: Ridder only has a few posts that share an IP with some of Boogie's posts, so therefore, Ridder wouldn't even be hurt from banning that IP.

Also: sure, boogie will just use new proxies and things, but then you can just keep banning those. Eventually, she'll give up/run out of proxies, right?
