TGB Declaration #2

After the TGB Deities made consideration of the architecture of the Garbage Bin, we realized that something was wrong with our first declaration and realized it could not be complete without a second declaration. The deities have discussed this and decided:

1. The Garbage Bin is serious business.

2. All laws not declared by TGB Deities or TGB Presidents are not laws and are not to be followed, unless they are excepted by either the Deities or the Presidents

Exception 2.1: Desposition is still banned forever.

That is right guys, you no longer have to be funny. This is the Word and the Word is the Law. Thank you for your time.
