Probley been asked before

Butttt...., I tried R2 for the first time, first song worked fine, but after that one song none of the stepfile arrows show up in the game (music still plays) and eventally I fail cause I cant see the dam arrows?

When I click "FFRTHE GAME" at the top, the white column with the adds comes up but nothing else shows... Anyone know how to fix that?
