I'm sorry but I learned about balance and a lot of the stuff related to it in like 6th or 7th grade. It didn't really come to any surprise to me.

What it shows is that greed doesnt get you what you want. Teamwork does, but since they all wanted to hear the music, and they couldnt resolve their problems they all fell off except one. The one needed the other people to hear the music, so in the end, no one got what they wanted. They should have just compermised to resolve their problem.
