Is it that hard to make a simfile with BG animations? Good answers, please. 8)

Not really. I've done it before. You just have to have a good idea of where in the song u want the vids to change.

The hardest part of doing that is picking out just which vids actually suit the song and where in the song they'd make the most sense. After that you're pretty much all set. I don't do a lot of making my own stepfiles aside from filling in incomplete ones, but I will frequently add vids to ones I like.
