A bug

I do not know what to make of it but it seems that the arrows are very off key because whenever i try to get a beat nothing happens only when it is few arrows coming up

Btw i have 70 gb hard drive 51 gb free
254 mg of ram
128bit video card
2.4 ghz processor (pentium 4)
