Speed mod goes up on its own

Can't see this posted anywhere yet (unless I'm blind), but if you repeatedly enter the song options screen then exit it again, the speed selection bar will go up by 0.01 each time you do so.

the speed doesn't even change on mine at all and the arrows do register sometimes
