Switch to low quality

It provides (predictibly) higher frame rates. It goes over 60FPS on the busiest of stepfiles on my CPU. All the difference the world 8)

It makes mine offbeat by a fraction of a second.. :-x so I get more greats.. :(

I did also with low-quality but arrow movement still looks rough.
