First I gotta say one thing: C mods. What's the problem with Cmods if we could theoretically get any exact BPM we want using strange multipliers like 3.33. I'm pretty sure, there's not even any BPM changes yet, but we could just make it so Cmod scores on songs with BPM changes wouldn't count.

Secondly, I hate doing math, so there should be a display that will tell you the scroll rate. For example, if the BPM of the song was 150 and the speed mod was set to 2x, somewhere on the screen, it'd say scroll rate 300BPM. I'd love that. Also, I'd imagine it'd be easy to program into it.

EDIT: fixed a spelling snafu.

Yeah, like an automatic calculator. It sounds hard to make, but then again I know nothing about coding.

How about we get the most known modifiers displayed over the scroll speed slider and all we'd have to do is click and it would slide over to that speed. Just go like, every .5x. 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, 3x, etc..

Or you could have it lock into the most used ones like .5x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x, etc.

I like my 3.33x though. How about a box where you can manually enter a number for the mod using the numbers on the keyboard?

These are awesome ideas.
