Song Loading

Whenever I try to load a song in R2, it never loads! It just shows the loading bar full and nothing happens. Is this just a bug, or do I need to install macromedia flash player 7?

This is happening to me also. Except the load bar doesn't load at all. I've waited for a while and it still doesn't work.

Make sure you are playing in IE. If the songs continue to not load click R2 Beta 1 again on the side bar and try again. This has happened a few times to me and you just need to bring the game up again.

EDIT: The song database seems to have a problem right now. Wait a while and the problem should be fixed. No songs are showing up for anyone.

Song database fixed.. It was a temporary problem. (note to myself, don't delete files that are needed to run the game)

minew show up good and all but it just takes way too long to load up a song even after you've played it once already, im beginning to like FFR more.

I'm having the same problem too. I'm running in IE 6.0. The graphix and everything works but when the song loads there's no music. There's step arrows but no music. I hope you guys fix it.

I have the same problem. The first time i play a song it loads in a couple secconds. I try and play it again but the loading bar is full. i wait arround for a couple minutes but nothing happens.

On the up side i think i found a temporery solution. go to internet options in IE and delete your temporery internet files.
the problom is I am only able to play a song once before i have to do this...

You didn't "find" that. It's called clearing your cache

I have waited over a half hour for a song to load even though the bar is full. I have a good gaming computer, and I get a fps of 65 when I do get songs. My connection is 53.2 kbps. I don't know why it won't load though. I think its cause I have already played it on one difficulty before though. I am thinking about clearing my cache before each song, but I don't want to wait for them to load that long. Maybe I will get my cable soon...

I have the same problem, I can only load a song once and then each time while I play R2, the only way I am ale to play a song again is refresh the R2 page and load everything over again. This is very irritating and I love all the songs too much to only play them once at a time. Ty.
