R2 Scroll Down Possible?

I have checked all the options and i can't seem to find the option to have the notes scroll downward.Is it just not in the beta atm?

me too i was lookin for that but i couldnt find that but i bet there is no option like that and plus the downloads of ffr sucks right?

It's called Reverse scroll, and no it hasn't been implemented yet.

Rverse is not in the beta right now. It will be added sometime soon. Just play regular for now :)

I'm no good at Standard scroll. I've been a Reverse player since I started playing. :( Oh well, I'll come back in a few months to see if it's been implemented yet.

It's not very fun to play on standard scroll when you play on reverse.

No, seeing as how DDR's standard was arrows scrolling up, and that's the basis of FFR.

So, in other words, go to Japan and tell it to those Konami bastards.

I'm almost the same. Reverse affects my skill a little, but I can still play with it on. My loss in skill seems to be limited to having trouble with 16th streams that I can do easily on standard scroll. I think you "reversers" should just learn to play regular.

Yeah, down makes more sense to me because, with gravity, things fall down, they don't float up... I don't know, that's just how I see it.

There is no reason for me and fusion and whoever else plays reverse to switch. This is how we play, and how we learned. Not having Reverse on R2 is preventing people from playing, so I think it should be fixed before bugs are dealt with because bugs aren't preventing people from playing now are they?

You don't need to "switch" but just play the regular way for now.

I play standard, but i also play reverse, and while my skill lacks, i still took the time to learn how to play it. Same with hands. I learnewd the virtue of playing with two hands vs. one. But i know how to play and complete difficult songs with one hand. Something i did to challange myself. Not because other people cared.

LD, did you actually think that through? The static arrow that's pointing to the left would need a right key press, and vice versa. The reason is that it's not a vertical mirroring, it's a 180 degree rotation.

Wow, so that's why I was missing all the arrows xD If you switch left with right and up with down, you can now play reverse! (btw I actually did this, but instead of turning my monitor upside down I just had the video card invert the image.. ).

So.. I just got record nr 6 on composer heavy =P

That is you. Very few, if any of the people I have EVER met can put DDR or FFR on reverse and do just as good as they would the other way.

Telling people to learn to play standard is like telling left-handed baseball players to learn how to bat right handed.

Nicely said. I'm a reverse player too, so R2 is kinda useless for me cuz i dont have the time to get good at standard. Lol, my friend said i do reverse to show off.

If you can't handle a certain scroll, don't PLAY it. If that means not playing R2 for a whoel couple weeks, I'm pretty sure you can live with it, and if you can't, that's just sad.
