R2 Suggestion: Noteskins

Just like my Theme's thread, but this time have a selection of Noteskins.

And if we already have that, then a way we can submit our own Noteskins and you guys can review them for R2, just like DWI's.

If this is implemented, I have a question. Would we be able to submit previously released skins? And would we be able to submit skins with copyrighted imagery on it (like eb's Dr. Mario one)?

You probably wouldn't be allowed to submit noteskins that you already released to the public. Also, my guess would be no copy-righted imagery.

My thought is that you have X megabytes in your personal profile. You could fill it with whatever you deemed important. It is your responsibility to keep everything legal. Anything you put in your profile is only available to your profile.

Speaking of noteskins, can we at least have ANYTHING other than the ugliness that is the "NOTE2" coloration? It makes my eyes bleed and baby Jesus cry... u.u
