About me:
I am a 21 year old and currently live in Texas and my name is Brian. I have social anxiety and generally don't like people which is weird because I'm also friendly and once someone's my friend it's usually lifelong. I have a phobia of cockroaches. I am described as smart and funny. According to Carl Jung's personality test I am an INTP. Currently I am in school studying to be a Hospital Pharmacist.
Interests:
I like playing games and listening to music and watching movies and reading books. I typically play MMOs and bullet-hell. I'm also an adrenaline junky so I like roller-coasters and getting scared. I love reading about the paranormal. I love science and math and I often learn for fun. I like "learning" programming languages but I usually drop them within 4-5 weeks of "learning" them.
Fav Music:
I have an eclectic taste in music. I prefer alternative rock and hip-hop/rap though and a lot of indie. Modest Mouse is my favorite band right now as I love all their songs am currently collecting all of their albums. Some other artists I like: Gorillaz, Marilyn Manson, Maroon 5, Eminem, Celldweller, 10 Years, Nirvana, Cat and the Menagerie, and others.
Fav Movies:
I have so many favorite movies, but my top 3 are probably: Requiem for a Dream, Spirited Away (I also like Hayaou Miyazaki's other films), and Rabbit-Proof Fence. I like comedies and scary movies. Some other favorites are: Oldboy (2003 original), Sin City, Planet of the Apes (remakes), Life of Pi (and the book especially), Anchorman 1 & 2, The Crazies, 21 & 22 Jumpstreet, and others. I highly recommend you watch all of these because my taste in movies is venerable and obviously unparalleled.

I just got through my first ten years of FFR. May I keep playing for many decades to come until I'm like 80 or dead. Lol. :)

Fuck yeah I fucking got it and I never thought I'd get it in a million fucking years. :) :) :)

I got it on FUSE!! though and people seem to not think it's a 79. :P

Anyway, even if it gets bumped down, this makes me more confident that I can AAA a legit 79. ^-^

1000th AAA: Makiba (July 31st, 2014)

Today also happens to be my late father's birthday so THANKS DAD! :D Lol.

Whenever I tackle hacking challenges, I always search for the software and methods others use for doing different tasks. Online resources are very useful.
I use gdb and objdump for cracking some applications, John the Ripper for bruteforcing passwords, cURL for gaining access to webpages using different HTTP request methods, and the Community version of Burp Suite for getting past login screens.
The learning curve in the world of CTF hacking is, undoubtedly, very steep. Compared with more experienced players, the range of software I use is rather small. There's always a lot to learn from others.

I'm the same way, I really don't ever get on FFR anymore since I got into ITG/IIDX/Jubeat/PIU.
All hail the rhythm games that not only give you arthritis in your fingers but every other bone in your body too. :D
Congrats on your Associates!!
