New Backup PC, New FPlayer, More Framerate Drops

So, my main PC (Which was the one i used since 2014) doesn't want to work anymore, not even to the Bios. So, i had to start using my backup Pc, or laptop, or whatever you wanna call it... But anyway, it doesn't have the power the main PC had, but it's enough to run the R´3 engine in a decent 50 fps. Although, i decided to at least play on 40, because i don't want flash player to freak out.

Speaking of Flash Player, i recently moved out of Version 12, to version 23, which came out on August 3rd, 2016, because it turned out to be better to run due to compatibility fixes with old graphic cards that can't support OpenGL 2.0.
