The following essay does not necessarily reflect the views of any politician, nor is it meant to offend anybody. It is simply something I wrote out of boredom that I thought people needed to hear. These are my opinions, however poorly worded they might be. I’m sorry to anybody I offend. Here goes.

This country is getting out of hand. People like me realize that with the right leadership, America can become the greatest country in the world (if it isn’t already). People say America is horrible, but these people don’t realize the reason they think that. They see the health care in Canada, or the food quality in Europe, or the success of business in England. What they don’t see is that America’s constitution allows us to not only match these things, but surpass them. They don’t realize that they only think poorly of our country because bad choices have been made by the wrong people. However, this is nothing we can’t fix.

People need to stop listening to everything that comes out of the next right-wing evangelist’s mouth and THINK. What a concept! People say we’re becoming socialist, and they are flat out wrong. In fact, the government isn’t changing at all. NOTHING is changing as far as the foundation of the country goes. The constitution allows for this sort of problem to be fixed without major revision. We’re slipping away into a free market economy, where the government has stopped intervening with the big businesses. But America isn’t a free market economy, we were designed as a mixed economy. The government does have the power to intervene and fix the problems.

When companies like A.I.G. get their billions of dollars in bailout money and the other companies decide that’s unfair, here’s a bit of news for them. TOO. BAD. People like myself see that’s it’s time to STOP being moral, STOP being fair, and think about what this country needs. The average citizen sees the tax rates and it automatically clicks that when they go up, it’s bad, but the average citizen is WRONG. Higher taxes means you pay what you owe. Taxes will go down once you’ve paid your share and the country is back on track. You get your reward when you earn it, not when you want it. You don’t get any more tax rebates or bailout money for your huge corporation if you don’t deserve it, and even then you only get what you need. If you say you deserve 50 million dollars, but the numbers show you deserve 10 million, you get 10 million and not a penny more. If the company next door gets more than you, suck it up. What this country needs isn’t fairness. What this country needs is a leader who has the balls to look the owner of a multi-billion dollar corporation right in the eye, and tell him to fuck off and live with what he’s rightfully earned.

To anyone out there who thinks that God will save us, I ask you this; When? Will He save us before or after unemployment rates exceed those of the great depression? Do you really want to wait to find out, or does it make more sense to take matters into our own hands and solve it ourselves? If God will save us, God will save us. But if we do it first, we may just save Him a whole afternoon. Congratulations Jerry Seinfeld, God has time to watch your show.

Some people have been asking why I write. There are many reasons, but the only one worth sharing is this; I write random thoughts to spread a message.

Read my random thoughts. When you have, try to decipher the meaning. Deep thought is surprisingly and frighteningly rare these days. People tend to believe what they plainly see and what people tell them, and nothing more.

My random thoughts all have different messages to share, but they all push towards one thing. I want people to stand up and be heard. If nobody is around to hear, TALK LOUDER. Make people HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS. Everybody has opinions. Everybody has a position. Don't let people tell you what yours should be. Instead, make your own, and voice them. Make yourself heard, and you'll be amazed at how many people out there are just like you. If you EVER EVEN THINK you're alone in your beliefs, it's because you've never voiced them. Nobody is alone, and people would realize that if they were willing to speak up. People use dumb excuses like "My beliefs are unique," or "People will look at me funny if I let them in my head." NO THEY'RE NOT and LET THEM LOOK. When people look at you funny, they're at least looking at you. If you look at someone long enough, you'll start to see yourself in them one way or another, no matter how different they are. Make people see you. Share your beliefs. I want to know who you are. Not who people tell you to be.

I strongly urge all of you to read my other random thoughts and find the message. It would be easier if I just told you what the hidden message in all of them is, but that would defeat the entire purpose of my writing. Find the message you see. The one I see may not be right for you. So take for it what you will. And don't do this with only my random thoughts. Think about everything. Find the message that's right for you in everything you see. Even if there wasn't meant to be a message, there will be if you look. Trust me. All you need to do is look. Also, each person's message will be unique in its meaning to that person. So i urge all of you to find your message. Share your thoughts. Stand up, and let people see YOU.
