yeah that's the thing, it'll be worth it in the long run. and right now is the best time in my career to do it. least affect on things. i'm starting my psychiatry term, so that'll be pretty low-key

thanks mate! it is a slow recovery... the pain goes away after bit over a week, but i'm in a sling for a month without moving my shoulder at all, then it takes months until i'm allowed to get back to swimming, surfing, etc...

yeah it's no worries! i've damaged both my shoulders, they pop out to the back. never fully dislocating tho. so this is to repair the torn bit of cartilage that helps keep the shoulder together. I had my left shoulder fixed last year.

ah, don't get discouraged!!
i've been good, 4 months into 3rd year. I get a week break soon :) bad thing i'll be recovering from my shoulder surgery next week :/ so no ffr for a few weeks :(
