Yes, it is! It's been a while since I've seen it as well, but it was what originally got me into watching anime.
Haha, I used to sing along with the OP and mimic that little dance Sakura did at the end! I always wanted to be Tomoyo, though - running around deviously with that video camara attached to my hip...
