I was away from home this weekend, and in a week Monday I'll be down in New Forest [near London] with the team (which is now missing one person so we're down to 14 /already/...) until Friday so of course, I won't have access to a computer again. Looking forward to the hour-and-a-half walk through the forest in the pitch black. Hah. No, really. I love those scenarios.
But yeah, anyway, apologies to those who I may have seemingly been igoring. As intentionally suggested by the above paragraph, it's nothing personal. (I've been trying to put this on my profile for about 20 hours now, and no matter where I've put it, it hasn't looked right.) It's only like this in the first place as a tribute to my friend who doesn't even play FFR anyway. Also I find dark colors easier on the eyes. White and blue and neon green and flashing silver and gold all the rest of that just plays hell on my eyes in the morning, and I can't stand that. While looking less "homey", I think the default makes it more approachable. Black doesn't really work with the avatar, anyway.
- Open to suggestion as to what colour scheme I go for.
- 22/1/09 Update: Change of plan: I can't quite figure out how to restore default settings so I'm going to have to go for something else. I don't remember the hex value for the main style's header background thing. It's some kind of blue, that's all I know. Still open to suggestion. Just... try to avoid saying "pink" please. |
