Ahaha, the whistle is indeed annoying at first. It's just something you get used to after awhile. I also overused it in that file, I've gotten a lot smarter with the sound usage. >>;

I mostly only got into FFya because I read GotR obsessively, so much so that I skipped a day of work to finish it, WHOOPS. It was worth it though, it's a well written work. Not to mention the music was excellent stuff~

Hi, do you know where I can find the .ini for SM? I've searched and searched and have even searched the FFR and BMS forums, and still can't find it for some reason. I need to change the global offset. (I hope that's the only problem)

The programs I use in fact, are Reason and Ableton. Both programs are very powerful, and have their own distinct qualities.
Reason is like a swiss army knife. It's a convenient tool that has alot of features, and does them at a pretty good quality. The only flaws that sets back Reason is that it can't record line-in/out, and it doesn't support 3rd party VSTis. While this might completely turn off artists, I find this kind of helpful. The VSTi synths that come with the program are EXTREMELY powerful, and you could make just about any sound with those synths. The interface is hard at first glance, but once you learn the basics, everything is messing around, and common sense. If you have trouble with it, I'd be glad to help.
Ableton is a very unique program. If you want ever want to perform live someday, this program is by far the best. I recently bought Ableton last summer, so I still have yet to fully utilize its true potential, however I know in the long run it was a w
